Prices, ranges and estimates

Price ranges, calculators and examples on this site are typical ranges, not quotes or offers. Your price is set only in a written proposal after an in-person inspection. Work is governed by the signed contract for your project, which includes any cancellation rights required by Ohio law.

Booking and the Free Roof Report

The Free Roof Report is offered at no charge and with no obligation to hire us. We may decline or reschedule an inspection, for example for safety or weather, or if the property is outside our service area. The report reflects conditions we could safely observe on the day of the inspection.

Insurance claims

We are a roofing contractor, not a public adjuster or insurance company. We can document roof conditions and provide information to you or your insurer at your request. We do not negotiate claims on your behalf, interpret your policy, or promise any insurance outcome, and we do not offer to pay or waive any part of your deductible.

Communications

When you submit a form or book online, you agree that we may contact you by phone and email about your request. Text messages are sent only as described in our SMS Terms. See ourPrivacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Reviews and testimonials

Any testimonials we post on this site come from real customers who gave permission to share them. We do not offer anything in exchange for positive reviews.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, including submitting false requests, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, or scraping content.

Intellectual property

The text, photos, logos and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. “Patriot Roofing” as used here refers only to our business; we are not affiliated with any other company using a similar name.
