This Privacy Policy explains how Stout's Home Improvement LLC, doing business as Patriot Roofing (“Patriot Roofing,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses and shares information when you visit getpatriotroofing.com, contact us, or become a customer.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details: name, phone number, email address, and the property address you want inspected.
• Details about your roof or project, including messages, photos and documents you send us.
• Your text-message consent choices, with the date, time, page and wording you agreed to.
• Appointment details when you book a Free Roof Report.
• For customers: contract, payment and project records. Card and bank payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

• Basic technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the referring website.
• Campaign information in links you clicked (for example, UTM tags or ad click identifiers) so we know which advertising or signage brought you to us.
• Records of calls and texts with our business numbers (date, time, number, and message content).If we record calls, we will tell you at the start of the call.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of first-party cookies or browser storage to remember how you found us, and analytics tools (Cloudflare Web Analytics, and we may use Google Analytics in the future) to understand how the site is used. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a visitor is human. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How we use information

• To respond to your request, schedule and perform inspections, and prepare reports, proposals and contracts.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders and project updates by phone, email or text (text only with your consent or when you text us first).
• To send occasional tips and offers, only if you separately opted in. You can opt out at any time.
• To perform, warranty and service the work you hire us for.
• To ask for feedback or a review after a project. We ask every customer the same way.
• To measure which marketing works, keep our site secure, prevent spam and fraud, and meet legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers that run our business systems under contract, such as our customer management and messaging platform, website hosting and security, analytics, scheduling, e-signature, payment processing and review-request tools. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Installation crews and suppliers assigned to your project, limited to what they need to do the work (for example, your name, address and job details).
• Your insurance company or its adjuster, only when you ask us to provide documentation for your claim.
• Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.

Text messaging: mobile numbers and text-message opt-in information are never shared, sold or rented to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Service providers that deliver our messages receive them only to send messages on our behalf.

How long we keep information

We keep lead records for as long as they are useful for following up on your request, and customer and project records for as long as needed for warranty, tax, legal and accounting purposes. Consent and opt-out records are kept as long as needed to prove and honor your choices.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP to any message, or tell us in any reasonable way that you want texts to stop. See our SMS Terms.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Access, correction or deletion: contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time, subject to records we must keep by law or for an active project or warranty.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
