SMS Terms

These terms apply to text messages sent by Stout's Home Improvement LLC, doing business as Patriot Roofing from (330) 433-8351.

Our two text programs

1. Appointment and project messages

Confirmations, reminders, scheduling, “on my way” notices, your roof report and project updates for a request you made. You join by checking the appointment-texts box on our website, by giving us verbal or written permission, or by texting us first. Message frequency varies with your appointment and project.

2. Tips and offers (optional)

Occasional seasonal roof tips and offers. You join only by separately checking the tips-and-offers box. Up to4 messages per month.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Both boxes on our forms are optional and start unchecked.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

How to stop or get help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us. We will send one message confirming you are opted out. Other words such as END, CANCEL, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE also work, and so does telling us in any reasonable way, including by email or phone.
• Reply START to opt back in.
• Reply HELP for help, or email hello@getpatriotroofing.com.

When we text

Except for replies to messages you send us, we text only between 8:00 a.m. and9:00 p.m. in your local time.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in information are never shared, sold or rented to third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page.
